How the System Works?

RFID Access Control

Reads data from the access card and checks whether the ID is registered in the system.

  • If registered → "ID Registered" appears on LCD and the gate opens.
  • If not → "ID Not Registered" appears and gate stays closed.
  • Entry history is sent to the web dashboard in real-time.

IR Sensor Slot Detection

Detects whether each numbered parking slot is occupied or available.

  • Each slot has its own number.
  • Counts how many cars are currently parked.
  • Slot status is sent live to the web dashboard.

LDR Auto Lighting

Measures ambient light to control the parking area lighting automatically.

  • If dark → lights turn on automatically.
  • Lights can also be controlled manually from the dashboard.
  • Light intensity + dark/bright indicator sent to dashboard.

MQ-135 Gas Detection

Monitors gas levels in the parking area continuously.

  • If gas detected → buzzer activates as alarm.
  • Gas level data sent to the web dashboard.
  • Dashboard shows Safe or Danger indicator.

Detects the presence of fire or flame in the parking area.

  • If fire detected → buzzer activates as alarm.
